From the very first day of its establishment, ES has attached great importance to quality. Finding an optimal business template while working with Microsoft, a company that expects very high standards and attention to details in every project, we continue to apply a similar method of quality control in every stage of production today. In 2000, we adopted the Quality Control model of LISA, one of the leading organizations in the market and since then, we have improved this model in accordance with customer expectations, market changes, and the business model of the company. As a result, we have developed a unique and proficient Quality Control system.
The quality control system is primarily composed of 3 stages:
- Linguistic quality control: The quality control applied to the translation and proofreading of internal and external resources.
- Technical quality control: The control of project files regarding their technical adequacy, especially in localization projects.
- Product quality control: The quality control applied when checking whether the project is ready to be delivered depending on its content and linguistic aspects.
The quality control department is also responsible for preparing customer and/or product-specific style guides, creating glossaries for special terms, and finding appropriate equivalences to new terms.
