Our Legacy in Localization Training
Founded as Turkey’s first real-terms localization company, ES Language Services and Consulting Trade Inc. recognized the shortage of experienced localization translators and the need for specialized training in the industry. In response, we created ES Translation Academy (ESTA), a unique program aimed at providing practical, hands-on training for aspiring translators.
Unlike traditional translation education, ES Academy focused on real-world application, offering workshops where participants worked on actual localization projects. The aim was not just to teach translation, but to equip participants with the skills needed to excel in specialized areas of localization.

Participants in ES Academy received in-depth training in key areas of localization, including project management, software tools, batch processing, reporting, and quality control. The program also covered communication skills, financial and legal obligations, and industry-specific terminology. Each participant’s work was evaluated by language experts who provided one-on-one feedback.
